HC Plast is produced using a patented process, the centre bubble structure gives the sheet excellent strength and rigidity in all directions, while being extremely tough and lightweight in comparison to alternative products.
The super smooth white matt Corona treated surfaces are suitable for our printing processes and the opacity of the sheet also makes it ideal for two-sided printing applications. The lightweight nature of HC Plast enables end users to easily manipulate it on location without any special machinery or hand tools.
HC Plast is perfectly suited to robust advertising hoarding, event promotion and general signage. The unique honeycomb structure provides strength and lightness meaning ease of handling and installation. Because the interior is made of transparent PVC graphics HC Plast can even be backlit without any unattractive lines as found in other products disturbing the image.
HC Plast is produced in 3.3mm and 5.4mm thick sheets and both are available in either UV or FR grades giving the flexibility for both internal and external print applications.The sheet can be easily diecut and creased to create point of sale units and displays.
Standard sheet sizes are 1000 x 1500mm, 1500 x 2000mm and 2050 x 3050mm.
